Diving baptism in Badajoz Pool

Starting to practice diving directly at sea can be an option for which not everyone is prepared. We know that in all types of sports it is better to start with simple practices and then upgrade it from there. Therefore, we propose our diving baptism in a pool in Badajoz, where all the factors will be controlled and thus you will acquire with ease.

This experience that will last around 1 and 2 hours, depending on the group level, will allow you to internalize the basic knowledge of the diving equipment; you will assemble and disassemble the equipment. Likewise, you will also learn to immerse yourself without having your eardrums suffer. We will teach you how to decompress the ears under pressure.

Another of the elementary factors is to be clear about the diving signs, since while you are diving you will not be able to speak. That will also be in charge of our instructor. We will also provide you with the  equipment so you don't have to come with your hands full.

The activity will take place for a minimum of 2 people and maximum 6. It is the perfect opportunity to start a sport with friends! We will be waiting for you from 10 to 12 in the morning at our facilities.
