If you do not have experience as a scuba diver and you would like to feel the sensations of diving under the sea, you have to try this incredible baptism of diving that we have prepared for you. This is a course that consists of theory and implementation at sea, a total of 2 and a half hours of baptism that will make you become a complete fan of the seabed of Cádiz.

Under the guidance of a PADI instructor, you will learn the basics of diving. The instructor will be in charge of teaching you how to use the materials for the dives and the safety rules that you must follow during them.We will perform different exercises: breathing underwater, emptying the regulator, recovering the regulator, emptying the mask, compensation techniques, manual signals, underwater communication and relaxation techniques.

Once the theoretical part is finished, it will be time to put everything learned into practice at sea, at our diving immersion points in Tarifa. Unique and magical places, with spectacular underwater landscapes that will make you want to continue training as a diver.
