Nitrox Diving Course in El Hierro

If you have ever been scuba diving and wish you could stay underwater longer or would like to be able to return to the aquatic world sooner, without spending as much rest time as necessary, enriched air is what you need.

Nitrox is a gas composition that helps you stay underwater longer, helps you get back sooner > and to make more successive dives. In addition, the enriched air makes you less tired and allows shorter decompression times.

But to be able to use this type of air you must have a certification that helps you understand how it is used and how the basic rules of diving change regarding it. For this reason, here there are no immersions or practices under the water, something that will start once you successfully pass the theoretical part.

We do it on the island of El Hierro, specifically in La Restinga, a place where you can later carry out the lessons learned together with the company of one of our >expert guides.

The course will be taught by a certified instructor.
