Open water diving baptism Formentera 1h

Would you like to see if you have the makings of a diver, but don't know how to go on your first immersion? Then our 1-hour scuba-diving baptism in the beaches of Formentera island, is exactly way you need to finally find out. This course will be taught by a professional instructor, whose true passion is exploring the depths of the Balearic islands, in groups of 1 to 10 people. 

The exact location this activity will take place will be chosen by you, among the different spots that this area offers to do scuba-diving, when you make the reservation. Let us give you some advice before you reach a decision. What we can already tell you, is that we will begin this adventure from Puerto de La Savina harbour on one of our boats that will take you to your chosen destination. 

This course will include a 20-minute theory lesson for you to have a first contact with this sport: ways of doing an immersion, how to enter and move around in the water, scuba-diving concepts, equipment... 

Once you have concluded this essential stage, we will move onto the open-waters immersion in the incredible coast of Formentera that will last between 30-40 minutes. Since this will probably be your first experience in this underwater environment, and to make sure you do it confidently, we will only reach a depth of 4 to 5 metres. 

Evidently, scuba-diving requires all kinds of basic equipment and material to carry out an immersion which, in this case, will be provided by us: an oxygen bottle, neoprene wetsuit, diving boots, gloves,...
