Description of Diving initiation course in Lanzarote OWD
Take the first step towards a diving career! The Open Water Diver is the first PADI title that allows you to dive up to 18 meters deep without the need to be accompanied by a guide or instructor.
A course that takes place in 3 phases:
-Theoretical classes and study material that includes DVD, 5 theory modules in the Diving Center where important concepts of autonomous diving will be taught.
-Confined waters, first dives in a cove in Lanzarote if weather conditions allow, otherwise the dive will be done in a pool. We will carry out exercises that will put into practice the basic diving techniques and the handling of the equipment.
-Open waters: four dives in different parts of the island, putting into practice what was learned in confined waters.
Requirements: Know how to swim, be 8 years old, official medical certificate, 2 license photos.
With the Open Water Diver you can access the Advanced Open Water Diver course.

In the morning at 9:00 and in the afternoon at 15:00.
