Diving baptism Islas Berlengas Peniche 1/2 day

Immerse yourself fully in a fascinating experience that will reveal a new way of knowing the ocean in one of the most beautiful places in Portugal , the Berlengas Islands . It is a baptism of diving perfect for those who want to start in this practice and do not have any title or previous experience in diving.

You will meet the instructor in Peniche , about 100km from Lisbon. From there, whenever weather conditions allow us, you will travel by boat to the Berlengas , a magical environment bathed by turquoise waters and full of beautiful caves and cliffs .

Everything will begin with a theoretical phase prior to the dive in which they will explain the basic fundamentals of diving, you will know the different practical procedures that you must carry out, the safety regulations and a series of guidelines to perform the activity in a sustainable way, respecting the environment and the surroundings you will visit.

This is followed by the delivery of the wetsuit and the rest of the diving equipment to the participants (fins, cylinder ...). Once the group is ready we will go to the port to set sail for the place where the most fun part of the day will take place.

In case the weather is not good and you cannot go to the Berlengas Archipelago , we will try to dive in the beaches of Peniche , which are also a fantastic place to practice diving . At the end of the activity you will be invited to a light meal to recharge your batteries.
