First aid and CPR course, diving, Alcalá

If you are a diver, you have an important appointment at our center in Alcalá de Henares.

This day we will teach a fundamental course for your training: first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

This is a course required in various PADI qualifications (such as Rescue Diver), basic to knowing how to react in emergency situations.

In addition, we will teach the course in a very fun and positive environment. All the instructors will transmit their confidence to you.

We will learn primary care and secondary care techniques. For example, we will learn:

• BLS, basic life support.
• CPR, cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
• AED, automatic external defibrillator.
• How to prevent and treat shock.
• How to deal with a spinal injury.
• Use barriers to prevent the risk of disease transmission.
• Different considerations about basic first aid, and the equipment used.

To sign up for this course, you only need to want to learn, and care about your classmates, to be able to help them when they need it.

It is not a unique course for divers, it is very useful for various areas.

The diving courses most closely linked to this program are the PADI Rescue Diver and PADI Emergency Oxygen Provider.
