It is a baptism of diving of about 3 hours in the La Arrábida Natural Park .

You can find our facilities in the town of Setúbal , just over 50 minutes from Lisbon . However, the meeting point for this diving baptism will be at the Sesimbra pier . From there we will take a boat ride until we reach Praia do Creio , the place where we do the dives. Before getting into the water, one of our monitors will give you a briefing in which he will explain all the tricks and what the activity will consist of.

The first of the dives will be closer to the surface, at a shallower depth, so that you can become comfortable swimming with fins and get used to breathing with an oxygen cylinder. The second will be a walk dive in which you will explore with the instructor a somewhat deeper area of the ocean.
