Diving baptism on the Tarragona coast

For this baptism of diving you only have to be over 10 years old, have basic swimming knowledge and a medical certificate that certifies that your health conditions are ideal so that you are not in danger underwater . Keep in mind that if you are a minor you will need authorization from your parents or a guardian.

The explanation and preparations of the team will take us 1 hour and 30 minutes during which you will become familiar with the elements that make up a dive.

When we consider that you are ready to get into the water, we will dive for between 25 and 30 minutes so that you learn to breathe with the regulator and open the doors to the underwater world. The knowledge you will obtain will help you if you decide to sign up for a complete diving course.
