Visit to the Monastery of Montserrat with calçotada

We want you to get to know one of the most beautiful places in Barcelona area: the Montserrat monastery, located in the mountains.

We'll pick you up from your hotel in our Mercedes Vito van driven by a chauffeur. It has 9 seats, including the driver and the guide (7 seats available for your group).

As soon as we reach the Montserrat monastery you'll be amazeth by the stunning views of the mountain. We'll take a stroll around the temple while the guide explains every little detail regarding this unique place, a pilgrimage mecca.

If you come at midday we'll be able to listen to the chorus song while admiring the Moreneta virgin.

We can also visit the monastery's museum which is filled with Picasso, Dalí, Monet, Rusiñol or Casas works of art, a unique experience.

Once the route comes to an end a delicious "calçotada" (a typical local food) will be waiting for you to try it out. Being able to enjoy this delicatessen surrounded by the enchanting Catalonian mountains is a pleasure! The menu includes all the calçots you can eat accompanied by romesco sauce, toasted bread with oil and tomato, and a dessert (flan or crème brûlée custard). It's also completed with a drink.

At the end of the day, we'll take you back to your accommodation in Barcelona. This trip has a duration of one hour.
