Description of Guided tour of Comillas and Capricho by Gaudí 5 hours

Are you in Cantabria and are you a lover of architecture and modernism? If you want to visit the city of Comillas on the Cantabrian coast and learn about all the architectural secrets it offers, count on us and don't miss the opportunity to do so at the hands of a professional guide with all the comforts.< /p>

We will leave from Santander towards Comillas, on our way there we will stop to see the Sequoya Forest of Cabezón de la Sal. It will be a brief stop, but you will be impressed by the size of these trees. p>

Once in Comillas, you will enjoy learning about the history behind this Villa and its most unique buildings. You will also enjoy a guided tour of the Old Seminary of Comillasand theCapricho de Gaudí. Two buildings that mark the beginning of the modernist movement that would later develop in Catalonia.

The Comillas Major Seminary is a magnificent building that stands on a hill, so you can also enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of the Cantabrian town and the Sobrellano Palace.

You will also visit Gaudi's Capricho, which is mainly inspired by a sunflower. The building is actually a mansion that stands out for being one of the first buildings designed by the Catalan architect and one of the few he built outside of Catalonia.

After these visits, we will take a brief tour around the town with the vehicle to see the old cemetery, the port of Comillas and the Fuente de los Tres Caños.

*Price for adults, consult children's rate.
