Gastronomic tour of Girona

Get to know the history of the city of Girona while tasting authentic author tapas with its wine pairing. Following a chronological order, we will explain the history of the gastronomy and the city: we will see how the Romans ate, what food the Arabs introduced, how the new products of America arrived and the rise of French cuisine of the 18th century. And we can try all this in situ, in the most representative places of the city.

The six signature tapas with their corresponding pairing included in this tour come in an individual box and are created especially for the occasion. The route will be made in groups of four people, whose meeting place will be the Plaça de la Independència.
