Excursion to Puig des Teix from Valldemossa, 4h

If Majorca is known for its beaches, it is because you have not yet had the opportunity to discover its mountainous landscapes.

We want you to come with us to the top of Puig des Teix, an impressive mountain in the heart of the Sierra de Tramuntana. For this we have prepared a perfect hiking excursion for the most adventurous. The tour will begin in the beautiful town of Valldemossa, where the guide will be waiting for you.

The route is of medium difficult difficulty so it is best that you come in good physical condition and with some experience in this type of route. We will travel the 11 kilometers until we reach the highest point, at 1064 meters of altitude. The route will last approximately between 3 and 4 hours, depending on the pace of the group.

At all times you will be accompanied by a qualified guide who will take you along the safest and best access paths. We will go through the most beautiful forests, valleys and tracks in the area and you will enjoy incredible landscapes. At the top you will see a wonderful view of the entire place.

For this hiking route it is essential to come with mountain shoes that are closed and grip the ground well. In addition, you will also have to come with appropriate clothing and bring something to eat and drink during the excursion.
