Lydia, who is in charge of coordinating the agenda, never serves clients in person, but only by telephone. Her role is to ensure that everything is organized so that Fran, our colleague in charge of customer service, can serve them properly. It should be noted that Fran has his days off on Mondays and Tuesdays, and during those days it is Mariá who supports him in serving clients. Mariá collaborates with us from the Port Natura facilities and she covers Fran's duties when he is not available.

It is understandable that Mariá, not being involved daily in all the activities, does not have the same level of detail as Fran, who manages it on a daily basis. However, we always try to coordinate everything in the best possible way, especially considering that this is our first year in Sant Pere Pescador and that Fran travels from Platja d'Aro to serve you.

Mariá was following her usual schedule, and when the need arises to adjust reservations due to scheduling issues, we do our best to rearrange them for another day .
