Kitesurf course in Las Botigas, Sitges 4 days

An experience that will make you connect with the waves for 4 days, in which you will practice kitesurfing continuously for 2 hours a day. This course is made up of two blocks, the first will take place on the beach, where you will learn basic techniques that later, in the second block , you will put them into practice in the water.

The first day will serve as contact where one of our qualified monitors will teach basic concepts based on the situation and wind direction. In addition, it will focus on kite control on the sand.

The second day we will immerse ourselves in the water and focus on the bodydrag, to learn the proper position of the body with the kite, first without a board and then with her. A practice that will allow you to progressively learn how to generate power on the kite from bodydrag down wind, up wind or with eights.

Once this knowledge is established, on the third day we will move on to what is known as water start. Now with the board, we will begin to get up and slide through the water. Finally, on the fourth day we will go sailing, where we will perfect the kitesurfing technique while maintaining balance through good body positioning on the board.
