Kitesurfing initiation at Les Botigues Beach in water 2h

If you have already learned to handle the kite from the sand, it's time to take the next step. Come learn to kitesurf in the water, on the Les Botigues de Castelldefels beach!

In this introductory kitesurfing course we prepare you little by little so that you can do the activity completely in the water. If you want to try a new water sport, we assure that kitesurfing is one of the best options, since it combines flight and sea simultaneously.

The main topics to be covered in this course will be:

• Body-drag: a fundamental technique to be able to do this sport since we will use it for several different things, such as saving a teammate when their equipment fails, reaching our board when it has escaped us and returning to it. get up when we have fallen.
• Relaunching the kite: to learn to handle it in different ways.
• How to recover the table:another of the most important points, since this is something that happens very often.
