This course lasts 6 hours spread over three sessions that you can spread over two or three days, and is completelyadaptable to your level, either from scratch or from a medium level if it is not your first time at the controls of a kite.

• In the first session, we will start getting to know the equipment, from its assembly to its handling out of the water, seeing how it behaves in gusts of wind, performing some handling exercises in the water if you have already got the hang of the kite.

• In the second session, we will perform the bodydrag technique, letting the kite drag us along the surface, learning to handle it as a rudder. We will learn to relaunch it to the sky after a fall and we will start with buoyancy exercises already uploaded to the board.

• In the third session, if everything has gone as planned, you will begin to take your first lengths on the water, having acquired enough knowledge to practice kitesurfing on your own.
