4-hour caving course in Teba

This rappelling and spelunking course is the best option if you want to learn these two mountain sports! We are sure you're trying to plan new adventures, and we have so much experience on this. So don't worry, you can rely on us to prepare the perfect plans for you. 

This course will take place in Teba, a small town in Málaga that has an amazing natural spot that's perfect of this kind of activities. This is a natural space where you'll be able to do spelunking across the "vía", as well as rappelling. You'll be going down the beautiful cave of Las Palomas and Teba's chasm. 

A specialized instructor will be your teacher, he'll teach you all the important notions like descending maneuvers, how the equipment works, the right position to move easily, and many other essential techniques.

It'll last 4 hours, our schedule begins at 10 am and ends at about 2 pm. This way you'll make the best of your morning and will be feeling very accomplished, healthy and strong by lunchtime. 

The groups must have a minimum of 4 people. We'll provide you with all the necessary equipment: helmet, ropes, carabiners, etc. You'll have everything, so just come and have fun with us!
