Description of 4-hour caving course in Teba

This 4-hour rappelling with caving course is the best option if you want to learn these mountain sports! Surely you are trying to plan new adventures, and we are experts at that. So you can stop worrying and trust that we will prepare the best plans for you.

This course will be taught inTeba, a small town in Malaga that has an impressive natural setting that is perfect for carrying out this type of activities. Here there is a natural space where you can practice caving and rappelling. The descent will be through the beautiful Teba chasm.

You will learn with a specialized instructor who will teach you important concepts such as descending maneuvers, how materials work, the correct position to advance easily and many other essential techniques.

The starting time will be at 10 in the morning and will end around 2:00 p.m. This way you will take advantage of the morning and arrive at lunchtime feeling healthy and strong, satisfied for having successfully crossed and overcome this challenge with nature.

Groups must be a minimum of 4 people, and we will provide you with all the necessary materials: helmet, ropes, carabiners, etc. You have it all so come have a good time together!
