It consists of a 2-hour mini-course, in which we will teach you everything that you need to know to fend for yourself in the sport.
We will learn bout all the parts of the board and the paddle and the different types.
We will teach you how to choose the perfect spot to practice stand-up paddleboarding.
We will do paddling exercises in order to learn the appropriate position for your hands when gripping the paddle, and the position of your feet on top of the board.
We will go into the water and work on the safety position and the kneeling paddle position. Once we have this position under control, we will stand up on the board.
