Stand Up Paddle in mountain lake Picos de Europa

The silence of the mountain and the greatness of nature are perfect remedies for stress. That is why we invite you to join us in the experience of stand up paddle surfing in the privileged setting of a mountain lake.

Equipped with a board and a paddle, we will slide across the crystal waters of a lake, surrounded by the high mountains and woody forests of Picos de Europa, swotting ourselves up with its wildlife. A luxury at your reach!

The activity will be structured in the following way:

• Welcome to participants by our instructor.
• Theory and practice session about the way of using the materials, the safety rules and the navigation techniques.
• Warm-up exercises and stretching to avoid any injury.
• Guided tour across a mountain lake.
• Return.

Although this activity is available in autumn, winter and spring, you will not have to worry about the temperature since at the mountain it considerably increases at noon. With the proper gear, we usually get hot.

This activity usually takes 10 hours.
