Stand up paddle classes in Tarifa beach, 2 hours

This summer does not stay without learning the most top sport in recent years that everyone practice. We taught paddle surfing for 2 hours in one of the best stages of the coast of Cadiz: Tarifa.

The classes are for very small groups of people, a maximum of 3 students per instructor. This way we guarantee your learning thanks to our professors with international degree IOSUP. But we also have private, and semi-private classes, depending on who you want to share the experience with.

With the stand-up paddle we do not only exercise the body but the synchronization, the balance, the posture ... and of course, any technique related to the paddling and the movements on the board.

For the most experienced in the practice of this activity, we organize two types of trips on the SUP:

• SUPfari, where you can enjoy this fun sport by the river and enjoy its waves.
   
• SUPfari with Full Moon, which without a doubt, is the most incredible thing you will do this summer under the light of the full moon.
