Description of Stand Up Paddle Course in Cádiz 1hr 30m
We encourage you to become a paddle surfer expert with an one-and-a-half-hour course during one day. During that period of time, you will be able to learn from basic concepts, such as the correct body position on the board, to more complex things, such as direction changes or how to catch a wave.
The course is composed of a 10-minute briefing on how to use and take care of the equipment. Then, you will learn the basic techniques in the sand during 10 minutes.
Then, you will be able to practice the theoretical concepts for one hour in the water. You will be given tips by our qualified instructors so that you can improve your paddle surf technique.
The minimum age required to take this course is 12 years old. However, we can change the minimum age required depending on weather and instructors conditions.
