Guided paddle surf route to Cerro Gordo

Located between Punta de la Mona and Peñón de Cerro Gordo it is located La Herradura, this is where our adventure takes place. We will start with a short introduction of the activity and you will go fully equipped for the occasion, up to a compartment where you will have a snorkel kit, backpack and waterproof bags for your personal belongings.

Once in the water, our guide-monitor will review a basic training on handling paddle surf. Once with a clearer idea of it, our adventure begins.

The journey we enjoy together will simply become an unforgettable experience. At the beginning of our route we will pay for the Maro cliffs Cerro-Gordo, passing by the Calaiza Beach, a beach embraced by a mountain with a precious vegetation and that for its slopes, it presents us with beautiful coves of waters tinted with an intense blue where we will not miss the opportunity to do snorkel.

As we will advance our guide will point out rocky bottoms and the marine fauna and flora that abounds in these calm waters. We will be able to see large schools of fish, sea urchins and all kinds of crabs on the cliffs and cliffs that decorate the surroundings of this cave. After passing the tip of Cerro Gordo, it is where we will discover these mysterious caves full of their emblematic and intense orange-coloured corals that decorate the entire interior.

After this, we will rest to regain strength and set course for the mainland. This magical and unique experience must be remembered and shared, which is why it includes a photographic report so that when you see them, you can relive the beauty of the Tropical Coast.
