With this course, you will perform the required movements to make a proper entrance to the sea, position yourself in a safe way and control the rowing skill, both at foot or knee.
This course allows you to access in a simple or autonomous way to hidden places... and in only two hours you will have the skills and the basis with which you will handle alone and visit the sea with your board and oar.
