You will meet the instructor at the Marina de Oeiras marina , at the mouth of the Tagus . There they will leave you the SUP team and the monitor will give you a brief talk to introduce you to paddle surfing. Once you are ready, you will go into the water and the session will begin.

In case you've never practiced it before, you'll be happy to know that stand up paddle boarding is a very complete sport . You will exercise your whole body when you row standing on the board. The tour will consist of a route through different beaches and fortresses in the area and you will stop to rest to enjoy a aperitif and regain strength.
