With this activity we suggest that you spend the most relaxing time of your day. If practicing paddle surf provides a lot of calm to the body and mind, try doing it in this beautiful and peaceful environment near the town of San Lorenzo de Morunys.

Discover rowing the Llosa del Cavall reservoir formed on the Cardener river as it passes through the  Valle de Lord valley, with the rental of our paddle surf material. For 1 hour approximately, we will provide you with all the material you need to navigate with the SUP board and forget, for a moment, about the hustle and bustle of our everyday routine.

To enjoy this adventure you do not need to have any practice, since it is a very simple sport, with a large board that guarantees balance and calm waters that will not be a problem to navigate across them. What will be necessary is that you know how to swim and that you really want to experience unique sensations!

Before entering the reservoir, one of our monitors will explain the basic techniques you must follow and the places of interest you can visit thanks to your board and paddles.

For this experience we recommend bringing a swimsuit, a towel, sunscreen and (if it is cold) even a windbreaker jacket. Likewise, we discourage using glasses during this activity and, if is essential that you wear them, we recommend that you bring a cord for them.
