Paddle surfing initiation course in Malaga 1 h

For all of you who have ever thought about getting to know the most entertaining water sport, here we have prepared a fantastic course in Málaga to practice paddle surf. Paddle surf, or SUP (Stand Up Paddle) is simple: you will go sailing and rowing up on a surfboard.

This sport in not only very fun and calm, but also very healthy for you: it boosts your balance and protects you from suffering back and hip aches. You will exercise almost all the muscles of your body.

This course takes 5 days and is divided in 1 hour and, from monday to friday. All lessons are held by skilled and certified instructors that will help you whenever you need.

This course is held from 10:30 to 12:00. You will learn all the theoretical basics about paddle surf: safety and security maneouvres, how to stand up on the board, how to hold and row with the paddle, etc. Besides, you will practice all you learn in class in the sea.

Our meeting point will be the Puerto de El Candado, a very relaxing port with still water that you will completely enjoy. You will become little by little a SUP expert while enjoying the beautiful landscapes all around you.

In order to not forget your first contact with SUP, we will take pictures of all lessons and moments. Ready to have real fun in the water?
