Introduction to paddle surfing course in Malaga 1 hour

For all of you who want to start learning paddle surf, we have prepared a course in Malaga to get you started in this practice that has more and more fans. It is a type of surfing, where you will ride on a board larger than a surf board and you will paddle standing up to advance on the water.

There are multiple benefits that this sport offers: it improves your balance, reducing the risk of falls or hip or back injuries, in addition to strengthening your arms and legs. It will improve your resistance and you will exercise practically all the muscles in your body, and all of this without even realizing it.

To discover all its advantages, you must come to this course of approximately 1 hour, from Monday to Friday, which will be taught by a qualified monitor, who will be in charge of helping you with any questions or problem that arises.

The schedule will be in the morning from 10:30 to 12:00, and you will take theoretical classes, in which you will learn to position yourself correctly on the board, the proper paddling technique and the safety rules that follow. they have to take in the sea. After knowing all the theoretical details, you can dive into the water and put it into practice.

We will leave from Puerto del Candado, boarding place for sailboats and yachts, to start a class in the calm waters of the Malaga coast. It will be a pleasant walk, where you can learn at your own pace and enjoy the landscape that surrounds you.
