Before starting, the instructor will give you some basic instructions and depending on the class group's level, there will be lessons for beginners or for experts. Do not worry, the instructor will be to help you and will teach you from the most basic things to the hardest ones if you ask.
There is no need to have prior experience, even children under 6 years old can do it. You do not need to bring the equipment because we provide you with it.
