Paddle surf class in La Manga 1:30 h

To spend 1 hour and 30 minutes of experience learning to master a paddle surfboard come to our school located in Plaza de Bohemia in La Manga. We will sail to the Isa de Raja or we will go around the cape always guided by a teacher.

Before starting the class we will ask you some questions to see your level and we can adapt to it, for that we will look for a suitable board for you, we will put your rowing at your height and we will start with some warm-up exercises. Once hot we will get into the water and if you are a beginner we will indicate how you can get on the board in a stable way and we will advance until you master the rowing technique.

But do not be scared, this is a sport indicated for the whole family since it does not require previous physical preparation, it is also a sport that although requires a little balance is very fun to practice because you have a 360º view from the table. Since it clear waters you can see the fish that go down the bottom and at the same time you can have a panoramic view of the environment out of the water.
