Paddle surf route Playa de Rodeira 2 h

In the heart of the urban center of Cangas you can find Rodeira Beach. It is a small oasis in which the Atlantic Ocean is the protagonist, and of course, where there is water there are water sports. We want you not to stare in the sand and to grab a paddle surf board and go sailing along its coast. For that, we are waiting for you on our 2-hour route.

A monitor will be in charge of giving you the precise instructions so that you can make the most of each stroke. It will teach you how to position yourself on the board, how to maintain balance and how to save energy so you don't get exhausted.

Its waters are calm, so you won't have to worry about aggressive waves. Plus, the monitor won't leave your side. If you are over 7 years old and really want to go sailing on your own on a board and with a paddle, this is your route.

We will equip you with a life jacket. For your part, remember that it is essential to know how to swim to practice any water sport.
