We offer you a course in which you will initiate in Paddle South, this four-hour course will help you find the stability of the board and learn the basic techniques.
Our qualified instructors will teach you the search for balance and the techniques to gain balance, the different types of possible turns, paddling technique and safety measures. The main objective of this course is for the person to have sufficient autonomy to get out of the water only in flat water.
Regarding clothing, it is advisable:
*Minimum age 6 years.
