Sup Fitness class in Tarragona

Try Fitness SUP, a brand new activity that will get you doing exercise, while also providing you with fun, and a wonderful natural environment like the one in Tarragona is, which is exactly where the sessions will take place.

Each session will last for 60 minutes, time during which we will do yoga exercises, hypopressive exercises, and Pilates, among other things. All of it on top of a paddle surf board in the middle of the Mediterranean.

This is a very original and state-of-the-art way of doing sports in the water while also exerting our muscles with the material we will provide for each class.

Moreover, to make sure you can enjoy your favourite sports combination any time of the year, we will put a heated swimming pool at your entire disposal for you to keep practising even during the coldest winter months.

To attend our Fitness SUP indoor classes, we will need to be a group of at least 3 people.
