- Theory session to introduce yourself to the course and the paragliding induction.
- Definition of paragliding and basic aerodynamics.
- Brake and direction handlings.
- Practice session to learn how the paraglider must be placed on the ground as well as the pilot in respect to the wing.
- Takeoff stages: inflation, stabilization and run.
- Paraglider and seat folding.
- Tandem paragliding 2-seater flight
