This is a course that takes place from Monday to Friday, in the afternoon timetable, specifically from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., during the summer months in July, August or September. The course has a theoretical part of 3 hours and a practical of 12 hours, as indicated by the Royal Spanish Sailing Federation.
It is done with a boat mod. 595 with double trapeze and asymmetrical spy. In addition, on board you will have harnesses and life jackets. So you only have to worry about bringing closed sports shoes, your swimsuit and a fine raincoat.
