Sailing class in Valencia for 3 hours

We propose a sailing class from the Puerto Deportivo de Valencia lasting 3 hours . We have a great team of professional instructors who will be in charge of teaching you everything you need to completely fall in love with this fun and dynamic water sport.

For the necessary materials, you should not worry since we will take care of it. Although yes, you should bring a swimsuit, a change of clothes, sun cream, a bottle of water, a towel, and depending on the season in which you take the class, a raincoat.

The schedule that you will carry out throughout the class will be as follows:

• From 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., you will receive a theoretical session where the contents and the exercises that you will do throughout the navigation will be presented.

• From 10:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m., you will learn to assemble and disassemble the necessary materials for sailing and you will know their uses and their names.

• From 10:45 to 12:30, navigation will begin. Here you will do the exercises proposed in the previous theoretical session and you will adapt it to the weather conditions of the moment.

• From 12:30 to 13:00 it will be time to collect the materials and end the activity with a brief briefing to establish knowledge.
