Snowshoeing route in Ordesa in Torla 4 h

We have a real adventure ready for you that is most exciting in a mystical and dreamlike landscape. We are already a little tired of the typical mountain activities on the river, so taking advantage of the winter season, we want to enter the Ordesa Natural Park , in the Aragonese municipality of Torla , and enjoy its landscapes with a 3-4 hour snowshoe route .

We will be immersed in the Ordesa Natural Park , ready to merge into its landscapes, touring the most emblematic points of this area. Along our route, we will come across the waterfalls of El Estrecho and La Cueva . We will circumvent the Arazas river through the Arripas bridge and visit the Los Bucardos viewpoint . After that, we will enter the beautiful Beech Forest and later to the Cotatureo viewpoint . Once we cross it, a waterfall will await us that will welcome us before we discover Stone of the seven Faus .

We will be in a secluded and lonely area where we can have fun playing with the snow or "trying" to make igloos. A rich and exciting fauna awaits us. Above us, bearded vultures and griffon vultures will soar and we will be surprised when we come across appeased sarrios, foxes or wild boars. We will have the opportunity to enjoy mountain nature in its purest form and embraced by a completely enveloping silence.

Enjoy this snowshoe crossing of level I designed for inexperienced people. You will only have to bring the typical things you need to have fun in the snow: hiking boots, suitable winter clothing, backpack, pairs of gloves, hat, wind and rain jacket, sunglasses, sunscreen and something to eat and drink. This snowshoe route we are lucky to be able to enjoy it for several months, from October to May.
