Excursion with snowshoes in Espot Esquí

We have the perfect chance for those who are not huge ski fans but would still like to enjoy spending a fabulous day in the snow. With our snowshoes trip you will be able to enjoy nature and the many wonders hiding in Espot Esquí ski resort. 

We will provide you with the snowshoes, hiking poles, and even a ski pass that will give you access to the ski lift that will take you to La Roca, located at a range between 1,5000 and 2,000 meters above sea level, and which will offer you some wonderful views of Aigüestortes i Estany de Maurici National Park. 

This is not a trip of great difficulty, which means that anyone who is in a minimum health and physical condition can do it, including children above 7 years old. We will hike for 3-4 km, with a maximum difference of 270 meters of altitude between the lowest and highest point of the mountain, which means that (depending on how quickly the group advances), can take beetween half day to be completed. 

We recommend you wear warm and comfortable clothes that are fit for snow weather for this activity, apart from a pair of mountain or snow boots. You should also pack a light backpack with some water to stay hydrated during the hike, as well as your sun protection.
