Introductory surf course in Viveiro 5 days

If you want to learn surfing, we offer you this initiatory course that we organize in Galicia because the waters in the Atlantic Ocean are perfect to practise this passionate sport.

Surfing provides a great quantity of benefits, not only for your physical health but also for your mental health. It keeps you in touch with the nature and helps you disconnect from your concerns; at the same time you exercise the balance and muscles in practically all your body. If you are thinking about learning surfing, this advantages offered will help you decide!

The course will last 5 days, with a total of 10 hours split in 2 hours of lesson per day. They will be given by a specialized teacher who will be responsible to teach you, through dynamic and funny lessons, the following contents:

• Warm-up exercises
• Security inside the water
• Stand on the board
• Catch waves monitoring the board

The surf school is located in Viveiro, but we will go to perform surfing mainly in the beaches of Esteiro (15 minutes far from Viveiro) and San Román (5 minutes far from Viveiro). We will be carrying the required surfing equipment, so you must only bring your swimsuit, towel and sun cream.
