What does the activity include

How long the activity lasts

The courses begin at the school at 10:30 a.m., where we will equip you with your wetsuit, lycra, and board to spend the day on the beach.

At around 1:30 p.m. we resume classes until approximately 3:00 p.m.
Haven't you had enough? Then we leave you the equipment so you can continue practicing on your own.

A very good experience. The monitors really are for you and constantly try to improve your technique.

The beach is great and is something I recommend to everyone.

The only negative thing I can say is that if the course is 5 hours, it should be 5 hours on the beach with the neoprene laid (including the clear rest is).

The course started at 10:30 and until we got to the beach it was 11:15 and we started to heat about 11:40. You heat 20 minutes and the instruction begins.

Then a 45 minute break that from my point of view is excessive and again some tips and tips and water.

In short, of the 5 hours of course, maybe it's as much as 2 hours in the water.
Not to change anything from the experience lived because it has been incredible but should plan the times better.
