- 35 minutes of theory about surfing and the basics. You'll learn about all of the equipment as well as maintenance. You'll also learn about the safety rules and practice how to stand on the board while on the sand.
- The rest of the time will be for practicing in the water, which is somewhat dependent on the sea conditions that day.
All of the equipment is provided for the course.
