Whether you are just getting started in this exercise or if you are looking to improve your technique on the board, this class is designed for you. Being specialized monitors, we will adapt to your level to ensure that you evolve as you practise this sport with us. We will organize the time in two parts, one for theory and warm-up, and the other for practice.

You don't need to bring anything, just eager to learn. The moment you step into our facilities, we will give you all the necessary material (surfboard and neoprene) so that you are thoroughly equipped. Remember that it is also important that you apply sunscreen!
