We will have a necessary theory session where we will review movements that we will later put into practice in the waters of Roche beach. Once ready we will put on the leash and we will enter the water with the intention of riding a wave.

As it is your first time, our main objective will be for you to be able to stand up by decimating foam, but we do not doubt that, with what we will teach you, you will surely be able to surf small waves. In the water we will practice basic exercises, train paddling and work on balance. Two hours will be enough to get hooked on this sport because soon and thanks to previous training, you will be able to surf, and you will experience what it feels like to be propelled by the sea itself.
