We give you the opportunity to surf on the beaches of Cádiz, riding the best waves and showing that you are a true king of the board. We have prepared a theoretical and practical surfing course where we will practice the main techniques to be able to defend yourself on a board.

It is a course intended for beginners or those surfers who have an intermediate level. It consists of 30 minutes of theory and practical exercises in the sand and 1 hour in the water with a specialized instructor. We will cover the following aspects:

Previous warm-up where we will treat the muscles that are used when surfing
