Surf lessons in Palmar de Vejer 2 hours

Do you like water sports? We suggest you practice the activity of surfing in El Palmar, in the municipality of Vejer de la Frontera. On this beach with 8 kilometers of coastline on the Atlantic Ocean, learn with our classes for everyone levels: initiation, medium, expert, etc.

We offer courses with which to achieve great skills for surfing. All of them will be carried out in this area of Cádiz, on its magnificent beaches with waves thanks to the winds that gather here.
The activity will begin with theory. There will be a very brief awareness of environmental issues such as the damage of throwing plastics into the sea to move on to knowledge about the equipment, the area and finally (the longest part) the methods and forms of surfing. Then we will proceed to complete the previous warm-ups as well as activities for the little ones.

Once these tips are consolidated, we will move on to practice, with the equipment on we will dive in to practice and improve thanks to our constant monitoring and advice.

They will be in the morning or afternoon, at a time to be previously established during the reservation.
