Description of Two-hour surf course in Cádiz

Enjoy one of the most beautiful coasts in Spain with a two-hour surf course.

You will have the advice and instructions of guides qualified by the Spanish Surf Federation (FESURF) for two hours. The course will consist of 35 minutes of theory and the rest of practice directly in the water.

During the theory time, the equipment and its use as well as its maintenance will be explained to you. You will also receive an explanation of all the safety measures to take and 20 minutes so you can stand up on the board.

Then, the practice will be subject to the sea conditions, because if the conditions are very adverse or very calm, different decisions may be made regarding its implementation.

The students will be divided into two groups. The first for children from 7 to 14 years of age who will have one monitor for every 3 or 4 people. Then, the group of older people will consist of children from 15 years old to older, who for every 5 or 6 people will have a monitor.

Description of 2-day surf course in Cádiz

Are you a fan of surfing? Do you like sports but think you can improve your technique quickly? In this two-day course you can enjoy two hours of class each day. During the classes, you will be able to enjoy talks about safety rules as well as warm-up and surf mastery exercises before entering the water.

In two groups separated by age, the first from 7 to 13 years old and the next from 14 years and older, you can enjoy a monitor certified by the Spanish Surf Federation. In the youngest group, for their safety, one monitor will be assigned for every three or four children. This is because children need more attention for health and safety reasons. For groups from 14 years to adults, one monitor will be designated for every 5 or 6 people.

The second day is the most practical day, so you will only have 10 minutes to warm up and the rest of the time you can spend in practicing your technique and receiving advice from the instructor.

In addition, you will have two hours of equipment rental so that you can put into practice everything you have learned in the course.
