Description of Two-hour surf course in Cádiz
Come and enjoy one of the most beautiful coasts in Spain with a 2-hour surfing course.
You'll get the best advice and instructions from guides licensed by the Spanish Surfing Federation (FESURF) for two hours. The course consists of 35 minutes of theory and the rest is all practice in the water. For the theoretical time, you will be taught about all of the equipment and how to use it and maintain it. You'll also receive an explanation of the safety rules you must obey and 20 minutes so you can put your feet on the board.
Later on, practice we be subject to the ocean's conditions because if the conditions are too rough or too calm we might have to make different decisions about the practice.
The students will be divided into two groups. THe first with children from 7 to 14 years old who will have an instructor for every 3 or 4 people. And the other group with everyone 15 and up, for who there will be an instructor for everyone 5 or 6 people.

Description of 2-day surf course in Cádiz
Are you a fan of surfing? Do you like this sport but you think you could improve your skill quickly? In this 2-day course you can enjoy 2-hour lesson each day. During these lessons, you can enjoy the chats on security rules as well as warm-up exercises and surf dominion before getting inside the water.In two groups separated by ages, the first one from 7 to 13 years and the following from age 14 and on, you can enjoy an instructor qualified by the Spanish Federation of Surf. In the group of the youngest ones, for their safety, an instructor will be assigned for each 3 or 4 kids. This is due to the children need more care because of health and safety issues. For groups of kids from age 14 to adults, an instructor will be assigned for each 5 or 6 people.
The second day is the most practical, because you will only have 10 minutes for the warm up and the rest of the time you can invest it in practising your skill and receive advice from the instructor.
You will also display two hours for the renting of the equipment to put into practice all that you have learnt throughout the course.
