2-hour Surf Lessons in Foz and Barreiros

If you are going to start surfing, the course that best suits your case is the induction one, because it is the way to learn in a safe and fun way. You will have a small theoretical part, of 10% and the rest, practice and more practice. You will know the different components of the materials and their parts, models, and functions. We will teach you the paddling, getting up, getting in and out of a wall, but above all, you will have fun with us at sea!

If you want to increase your level, because you already have the basis, then we recommend our improvement courses, with a theoretical part of 20% and practice part of 80%. You will learn to distinguish the varieties of waves, currents, boards and, above all, new techniques. These will take you to the practical part and you will see how fast you begin to evolve in this dynamic sport.

As a complement and proof of this evolution, we will follow up with videos, so that you can see the progress yourself.

Our school offers the option of a continuous learning, during the school period (September-June), because we target the young public, to create a squad of small surfers, sportsmen and with a passion for the sea.

In order to be able to do the course, you must be able to swim.
