The aim of this course is to give you the confidence necessary to do the via ferratas.
In a briefing, we'll give you all the instructions necessary to perform the activity safely because even though it seems to be easy, it is not.
We highlight the physical, tactic, technical and psychological factors that may have influence over its practice. At the end of this course you'll feel much more confident, and we'll always adapt the difficulty of the route to your level.
We'll meet at first time in the morning in our centre located in Penedés, and afterwards we'll move towards the astounding surroundings as Montral.
The groups will be formed of a maximum of 4 people and everyone must be over 14. You'll receive personalised attention to ensure the good acquisition of ideas.
