Discovering the underwater world of Portugal is now much easier than you imagine. The beaches and calm waters of Cascais are waiting for you to start immersing yourself in them while diving and discover all its secrets.

The Atlantic Ocean is perfect for any of the diving courses that we have to offer you. We will provide all the necessary material, you just have to come eager to learn. Our monitors have been teaching for many years so don't miss out on the opportunity to sign up for our courses.

If you have never done any underwater diving, we have for you a fantastic diving baptism with which you will remove your fear of the depths. A class of 3 hourss in which you will learn everything you need to know to face the sea for the first time.

You can also take an Open Water Diver course if you already have some previous experience.

This is divided into three phases: first we will start with some theoretical classes for two days. When you know everything, we'll jump into a heated pool so that you feel in contact with the water little by little.

Once you are ready, we will immerse in the sea, always accompanied by our guides. You will learn to master diving until you become an expert. Here we can offer you another course in which you will only need to improve your technique a little. Do you dare?
