Many possibilities:

• PADI Courses. If you want to acquire the necessary skills to dive, alone or with family and friends, choose the type of diving that interests you, such as night or deep diving, and they will teach you.
• Scheduled departures. There are many diving possibilities in Galicia, in the Vigo estuary you can enjoy the Cíes Islands, Cabo de Mar, Bajo de la Borneira, dare to explore the entire area of Con de Pego or Cabo Home.
• Diving baptism, Cíes Islands. A unique environment in which to learn to dive surrounded by a team of experts who will be attentive to your needs in the water. Before submerging yourself in the water you will receive some instructions and you will be able to practice some exercises that will allow you to be more comfortable in the water.
• Custom outputs. If you are a group of divers who want to discover different underwater depths, they can organize customized diving experiences for you.
• Equipment rental. If you already have experience but need equipment, they will rent you what you need and will recommend areas in Galicia where you can practice diving.
