A Casa do Fado

We are A Casa do Fado, a magical place where you will live and feel fado in the closest way possible.

We have three different historical premises in Porto, one of them is "A Casa do Fado - São João Novo", the other is "A Casa do Fado - Sé" located in an 18th century building, and finally "A Casa do Fado - Ribeira". Our mission is to keep the essence of fado alive in any of our venues.

As for A Casa Do Fado Ribiera, it is a19th century winery that has been cared for and preserved to maintain its stone walls. It is an ideal place to hold our performances, as it has perfect acoustics in an elegant and rustic environment decorated with our local wines.

The only thing we want is to share with our visitors our passion forfado, for this we work daily to offer the best experiences with our shows. You can enjoy the performance while toasting with a glass of Port wine!

Our team is made up of the best artists who will make you travel through their melodies and lyrics to different times in the past, specifically to old Porto.
